Mpathy Massage – Client Policy Form
Welcome to Mpathy Massage.
Our mission is to create a present, healing, and empathetic space for every client. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and relaxing experience for everyone.
Scheduling & Appointments
- Services are by appointment only.
- New clients arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our Intake Form.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to check in and begin relaxing.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Professional Boundaries & Inappropriate Behavior
Massage therapy at Mpathy Massage is strictly professional and therapeutic.
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
- Sexual advances or requests of any kind (verbal, non-verbal, or physical).
- Lewd, suggestive, or offensive language.
- Inappropriate touching of the therapist.
- Failure to maintain proper draping when requested by the therapist.
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior of any kind.
👉 If any of the above occurs, the session will be immediately terminated.
👉 The client will be charged the full session fee, and future services may be refused.
👉 Depending on the severity, inappropriate behavior may be reported to the authorities.
Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries prior to your session.
- If you are feeling unwell (fever, contagious illness, etc.), we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
- For your safety and ours, Mpathy Massage follows strict sanitation and hygiene practices.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, check, or approved electronic payment methods.
- Gratuities are appreciated but never required.
